Yes we carry all our own equipment, however we do understand some clients prefer us to use their own products/equipment and that is fine too.
We try our best to send the same person every time. If your regular cleaner is away or sick we can offer another cleaner or reschedule the clean.
We accept cash, electronic bank transfer and credit card.
For our exit cleans we do guarantee the service. This means if you get pulled back by your agent/landlord, we go back for free. However, we can only guarantee the work we have done and we can only fix issues that can be fixed with domestic cleaning products.
No, we are happy to organize access prior to the clean and lock up after we leave with your instructions.
Usually one cleaner for general cleans however we do have a few teams of two (this means it will be done quicker). For exit/spring cleans we usually send a team of cleaners as they are bigger jobs.
Yes, our staff and our any sub-contractors we use are fully insured.
